Waitomo Farmstay Make Waitomo Farmstay & Gardens your base to explore all the adventures and sights the gorgeous Waitomo Caves district has waiting to reveal! We offer self-contained, self-catering accommodation in our rustic 100-year-old cottage.
Waitomo Farmstay offers a 3 bedroom cottage with a queen or double plus single beds in each room. This cottage can sleep up to eight people and has 2 bathrooms and full kitchen facilities with open plan living.
This cottage is available for $120 per night per couple. $20 each extra adult, $10 each child.

Longer term (1 week +) rates can be negotiated.
We are situated on 20 fertile acres used to rear calves and graze sheep and llamas.
It's an easy drive to Rotorua, Hamilton and Auckland making an excellent point from which to discover the North Island of New Zealand.
 We're also currently developing our gardens - take a stroll around our acreage and watch it all taking shape!
The friendly animals waiting to meet you include:

A handful of sheep and lambs Homer and Marg the llamas Mac the Scottish Highlander George the giant bull and Boots & Hammy the farmstay pigs! We offer our guests discounted night-time cave tours with Cave World so don't be shy to let us know if you'd like to try your hand at a bit of abseiling, or just to have a walk and check out the glow worms!
